Built by one person, from public filings
I'm Christoph (Chris) Ploner, near Vienna, Austria. I build data services from public government records. FISP Radar started with a simple observation: the Department of Buildings publishes every facade report, but the question an inspection firm actually asks – which buildings are due, who inspected them last time, and who manages them – takes days of matching datasets to answer.
So that work is automated: every week the DOB, HPD and PLUTO data are loaded, each building is assigned to its sub-cycle, prior firms are normalised and matched across cycles, and the result is checked before it goes live.
Every number on this site comes from that pipeline, with its source and date – no invented figures, company-level data only, and a 30-day refund if the list is not useful to your firm.
FISP Radar is independent: not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the New York City Department of Buildings, HPD or any inspection firm. It does not sell data to building owners or managing agents and does not recommend firms to owners. Verify every filing in DOB NOW before you act.
The data is public. Where it is matched does not change it.
- Every input is published by New York City: DOB facade filings and the DOB filing status list (NYC Open Data), HPD registration contacts and PLUTO.
- The work is matching those datasets every week - it needs no office in New York and no access to anything that is not public.
- Prices are in US dollars. Payment, invoice and sales tax run through Paddle as merchant of record, once online checkout is open.
- Everything works in writing: no calls are needed to buy or use the list.
- 30-day money-back guarantee. Imprint with full address: Imprint.
