We are looking for ten facade inspection firms to use FISP Radar in their daily work before we open it widely - at most four per main borough, so the places spread across the city. You get the full annual plan; we get honest written feedback. No calls, no meetings, no sales pitch.

3 months free, 6 with feedbackThe full annual plan: every open building in Sub-Cycles 10A, 10B and 10C across the five boroughs, with map and filters, the weekly change e-mail, PDF report, CSV files and deadline calendar. Free for three months - extended to six when you share a short written feedback.
Your whole teamUp to 10 colleagues in your firm, each with their own access, shared statuses, notes and follow-ups.
Founding price after - or free basicSubscribe within 30 days after the pilot ends or until the general founding offer ends (currently June 30, 2027), whichever is later, and you pay the founding price of $790 per year - kept for as long as you stay subscribed; after that the regular $990 applies. Without a subscription your firm keeps a free basic plan.

What we ask in return - in writing only

What the list is: buildings that have no cycle 10 facade report on file yet, from the public DOB NOW filings, with the cycle 9 history, the prior QEWI firm, the owner entity and the managing agent. In cycle 9 about half of all buildings changed inspection firm, so many owners may be choosing again - likely, not certain. FISP Radar is not affiliated with the NYC Department of Buildings.

Apply

Firms we know from the DOB facade filings get their access link right away. Other applications we check by hand and answer within one business day; the place is held for 14 days meanwhile. Business e-mail addresses of facade inspection firms only.

We usually reply within one business day. Your access link arrives by e-mail; nothing to install.

Pilot terms

  1. Free. The pilot costs nothing. We do not ask for payment details.
  2. Scope. The annual plan (all open buildings in Sub-Cycles 10A, 10B and 10C), for one firm, with up to 10 team members of that firm.
  3. Three months, six with feedback - then it ends by itself. Access ends automatically three months after the start. If you give your first written feedback in the subscriber area before then (a star rating and your choice on quoting are enough; any rating counts, and "Don't quote me" counts too), the pilot is extended automatically to six months after the start. It is not a subscription and nothing renews; there is nothing to cancel. We e-mail you 30 and 7 days before the end that applies to you. Afterwards your firm keeps a free basic plan: the 5 open buildings with the highest priority in your borough, updated with every data run, and your work list (account owner only).
  4. Founding price. If you subscribe to the annual plan during the pilot or within 30 days after the pilot ends or until the general founding offer ends (currently June 30, 2027), whichever is later, you pay the founding price of $790 per year, guaranteed for as long as the subscription continues without interruption, even after the general founding offer has ended. After that date the regular price applies ($990 per year). A Founding Firm never pays more than any other firm. Plus applicable taxes, if any, charged by our payment provider. We e-mail you the exact date and remind you 7 days before it.
  5. Feedback. We ask for one short written feedback in the subscriber area; the box appears after three weeks. It is not a condition of the pilot - it extends it to six months (point 3), whatever you rate. There are no calls or meetings.
  6. Quotes only with permission. We publish a quote only if you choose that option yourself, only in your own words (we may shorten, marked with "…", never reword), named or anonymous as you choose, and always with the note "Founding Firm – received free access in exchange for feedback". You can withdraw the permission at any time by e-mail; we then remove the quote from our website without delay.
  7. Selection and places. There are 10 places in total and at most 4 per main borough. Applications from firms we know from the DOB facade filings are activated right away while places are free; any other application holds a place for 14 days while we review it by hand. There is no right to a place. Either side may end the pilot early by e-mail.
  8. Everything else follows our terms of service (section 5c) and privacy notice. Your work list stays in the free basic plan; it is deleted 30 days after the basic plan ends (12 months without a visit, or at your request).
